Julien has an economy and management background and holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from HEC Liège.
He connected with the insurance sector first as a student already to help management make data driven decisions. Then, he dedicated 5 years to defining risk profiles by monitoring the financial stability of the MTPL Green Card system. He developed skills in conducting functional and technical analyses of IT systems, data analytics and BI reportings. He joined Act-unity in September 2024 to take part in Employee Benefits missions that are focused namely on new retirement age.
